Your order is sent with PostNord. You will be notified by SMS to the mobile number you enter when ordering.

Fast & safe delivery

The items that are available to add to the shopping cart are stock items for immediate delivery. The delivery time is normally 1-5 days depending on where in Sweden you live. We send all our shipments with PostNord.

Responsibility

Skutan The Label AB is responsible for payment if the goods are damaged or lost on the way to you. You must then contact our customer service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days. If the item is lost or damaged when you return the item, you will be liable for payment.

Unclaimed packages

If we receive back packages that have not been redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you for all the costs that arise in connection with such a return + handling costs totaling SEK 300. The money is deducted from the amount paid for the order.
