Open purchase for 60 days

We at SKUTAN obviously want you to be satisfied with your item. That's why we always give you a 60-day money-back guarantee. The only condition is that the item is returned in its original condition, i.e. unused. Always include the original packaging and any tags. If an item is misdelivered or faulty, we are of course responsible for the return postage.

Return shipping

For purchases via our webshop, you can send your return back to our main warehouse. If you want to return an item, please reuse the original packaging. Contact us at info@skutanthelabel.com with your order number to receive a return label via email. Print and attach the return label to the package and return the item to any Postnord agent. A fee of SEK 49 will be deducted from the refund when we have processed your return. The refund will be made when your return has been received by us. You can track your package through the tracking number you receive from the agent when you have submitted your shipment.

If you want to exchange an item, the easiest and fastest way is to place a new order on the website, for the item you want to exchange for. Then you return your first order to us according to our terms and conditions.
